摘 要:提出了一种磺化废硫酸资源化处理工艺,考察了该工艺过程中几种脱色剂的脱色效果。结果表明,作为吸附剂,活性炭比煤粉具有更优的脱色效果,活性炭脱色后的硫酸铵溶液色度小于10倍,但是采用煤粉作为脱色剂吸附有机物后可直接进入锅炉焚烧,省去了再生操作。脱色吸附剂应根据各企业的实际情况选定;同时考察了几种市售絮凝剂的脱色效果,提出了膜过滤和吸附相结合的脱色工艺方案。A process of resource treatment for spent sulfuric acid produced from sulfonation is introduced in this paper.Especially,the effects of several types of adsorbent are investigated in this process.The results show that as an adsorbent,charcoal active powder presents better adsorption capability than coal powder.The colotity of ammonium sulfate solution is less than 10 after decoloring with charcoal active powder.But coal power with organics after decoloration,which is not necessary to regenerate,can be directly fired as fuel in such as steam generator.So the type of adsorbent should be confirmed according to individual situation of every company.At the same time,the decoloring effect of several commercially available flocculants is tested in this paper.A modified process which is composed of membrane filtration and adsorption is suggested.
