摘　　要：大学治理是经济新常态和依法治国框架下的一项创新性大学建设工程。大学治理既面临难得的时代机遇,又面临多重的现实挑战。机遇与挑战的相互交织,迫使大学组织必须作出理性的回应,即如何依据大学固有的义理和秩序,并基于满足大学组织内各类成员的最大幸福、愿望和对人类社会的深度关注的治理;如何通过合乎逻辑地抑制和调整大学场域的治理权力,进而确保大学组织开展富有激情的学术独创和人才培养活动;如何构建依法治校的结构性框架,以达到理性治理的最终目的。College governance is an innovative project of college construction in the new normal for economy within the framework of ruling by law. College governance is faced not only with the opportunities, but also with the multiple realistic challenges. Opportunities are interwoven with challenges, urging college organizations to respond rationally.That is, how to govern a college in the light of college＇s inherent morality and order, and on the basis of satisfying the greatest happiness and desires of college organization members and their deep concern towards human society; how to ensure college organizations to implement with passion original academic and talent cultivating activities by logically restraining and adjusting governance rights in the college field; and how to achieve the purpose of rational governance by constructing the structural framework of governance by law.
