摘 要:介绍了一种室温固化非流淌型高强度丙烯酸酯胶黏剂的研制。分别通过填料增稠、弹性体增稠和超细尼龙粉增稠三种工艺制得非流淌型丙烯酸酯胶黏剂;对三种胶黏剂外观和力学性能进行对比,发现超细尼龙粉增稠工艺制成的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂在两方面均优于另外两种工艺制备的胶黏剂。使用该工艺制成了非流淌型高强度丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,对其力学性能进行测试,发现该胶黏剂可室温固化,对金属铝、钛合金、钢材等材料均有很好的粘接效果,可适用于一些特殊部位的粘接。The development of a kind of room temperature curing non-flow high strength acrylate adhesive is introduced. Three kinds of non-flow acrylate adhesive are prepared respectively by 3 different technologies, which are using filler, elastomer and nylon powder to thicken respectively. By comparing the 3 kinds of adhesive from the aspects of appearance and mechanical property, it is found that the adhesive made by using nylon powder to thicken is superior to other two species. After the mechanical performance tests, it is indicated that the non-flow high strength acrylate adhesive made by this technology can be cured at room temperature, it has an excellent effect on bonding aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and steel, etc. It can be used on some special positions.
