摘　　要：目的:探讨尖叶假龙胆醇提液对心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠血清中TXB_2和6-酮-PGF1α的影响。方法:将大鼠制备心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,用尖叶假龙胆醇提液进行干预,检测大鼠血清中TXB_2和6-酮-PGF1α的含量变化。结果:尖叶假龙胆醇提液能显著降低MIRI模型大鼠血清中TXB_2的含量,6-酮-PGF1α的含量升高。结论:尖叶假龙胆具有舒张血管、抗血小板聚集的作用,可以减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤。Objective： To discuss the effect on TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF1α from the serum of MIRI rats by Gentianella Acuta extracted fluid by Alcohol. Methods： Prepare the rat models with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,with the intervention of alcohol extraction of Gentianella acuta. Determine the changes of TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF1α from rats＇ serum. Results： Gentianella acuta alcohol extraction could significantly reduce the contents of TXB_2 from the serum of MIRI rat models,but could increase the contents of 6-keto-PGF1α. Conclusion： Gentianella acuta has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation,vascular,which can reduce myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
