双黄消痤丸对大鼠激素水平影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过双黄消痤丸对大鼠模型的精囊腺、前列腺、附睾质量及血清雌二醇、睾酮含量的影响,观察双黄消痤丸对模型大鼠激素水平的调节作用,探讨其作用机理。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为双黄消痤丸组、双黄消痤丸加睾酮组、睾酮组、模型对照组、空白对照组5组,除空白组外,各组大鼠手术切除双侧睾丸。手术后第5天各组给药,连续给药5天,给药后第6天分别采血,处死动物。应用放射免疫法测定血清中雌二醇、睾酮含量,取精囊腺、前列腺及附睾称重。结果:双黄消痤丸组能降低大鼠精囊腺、前列腺、附睾质量,降低血清睾酮含量,升高血清雌二醇含量。结论:双黄消痤丸具有显著抑制雄性激素分泌的作用,并具有雌激素样作用,可通过对内分泌系统的整体调节缓解痤疮的临床症状,防止复发。Objective： Through the experimental study on the effect of Shuanghuang Xiaocuo pill on seminal vesicle,prostate,epididymis,quality and serum estradiol and testosterone in model rats to observe how Shuanghuang Xiaocuo pill influences the hormone level in model rats,and to explore its mechanism. Methods：50 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill group,the Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill plus testosterone group,testosterone group,model control group and the blank control group. After surgery in each group to give administration on the 5th day,continuous administration for 5 days,6 days after the administration blood samples were collected and radioimmunoassay determination of serum estradiol and testosterone levels and weigh the seminal vesicle,prostate and epididymis. Results： Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill group could reduce the quality of seminal vesicle,prostate,epididymis,lower serum testosterone content,and could increase the serum content of estradiol. Conclusion： Shuanghuang Xiaocuo pill has a significant effect on inhibiting the secretion of male hormone and having the estrogen-like effect,which can relieve the clinical symptoms of acne and prevent recurrence.
