摘 要:目的:应用功能磁共振成像技术探讨针刺复溜穴对脑的激活效应。方法:健康青年志愿者20名,应用功能磁共振成像技术采集针刺复溜穴影像资料。所得数据应用SPM8软件分析处理。结果:针刺受试者复溜穴,正激活脑区包括对侧顶叶、顶下小叶(BA40),双侧缘上回(BA40),同侧颞叶、颞上回(BA42),对侧扣带回(BA24),同侧小脑前叶,对侧脑干、中脑,同侧丘脑,对侧楔前叶(BA7);负激活脑区包括双侧额叶(BA47),同侧小脑,对侧边缘叶。结论:复溜穴的脑激活区与肾经循行相关,与其临床功效相符合。Objective: To discuss the cerebral regions activated by acupuncturing at Fuliu acupoint by function magnetic resonance imaging( fMRI). Methods: Choose 20 cases of healthy young volunteers. Acupuncture at Fuliu acupoint of subjects and then 3. 0 T magnetic resonance was used to acquire the image data. The obtained experimental data were processed and analyzed by SPM8 software. Results: The brain regions activated by acupuncturing at Fuliu acupoint included the lateral parietal lobe,top lobule( BA40),double side edge( BA40),ipsilateral temporal lobe,superior temporal gyrus( BA42),the contralateral cingulate( BA24),ipsilateral cerebellum anterior lobe,contralateral brain stem,midbrain,ipsilateral thalamus and the bilateral precuneus( BA7). The parts in charge of activating brain regions were bilateral frontal brain regions( BA47),ipsilateral cerebellum and the lateral edge of the leaf. Conclusion: The brain regions activated by acupuncturing at Fuliu acupoint are connected with circulation of kidney meridian. The applied effect is consistent with clinical efficacy.
