自拟降气化痰汤预防和治疗缺血性卒中相关性肺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察自拟降气化痰汤预防及治疗缺血性卒中相关性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例符合纳入标准的缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组采用自拟降气化痰汤进行预防及治疗,入院3天为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程（在急性脑卒中后72 h内发生卒中相关性肺炎者居多,称为早发性卒中相关性肺炎,占整个卒中性肺炎的70%~80%）,观察患者好转率、痊愈时间及症状缓解时间。结果：治疗组出现卒中相关性肺炎8例,占治疗总人数13.33%,远低于观察组的23.33%。出现肺炎服用自拟降气化痰汤的患者痊愈时间及症状缓解时间均较未服用汤药者明显缩短。结论：自拟降气化痰汤对于卒中后的相关性肺炎有较好的预防及治疗作用。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Jiangqi Huatan decoction on the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke associated pneumonia. Methods： 120 patients who met the criteria of ischemic stroke were enrolled in the clinical observation. Use self-made Jiangqi Huatan decoction for the prevention and treatment,with a course of three days. Observe the three courses（ occurred within 72 h after acute stroke-related pneumonia,which was called as the early-onset stroke-related pneumonia,accounting for70% ~ 80% of the total stroke pneumonia majority）. Patients continued to take self-made Jiangqi Huatan decoction automatically for pneumonia. Realize the better rate,recovery time and remission time among patients.Results： The treatment group had 8 cases with stroke-related pneumonia,accounting for 13. 33% of the total number treatment,which was below 23. 33% in the observation group. For patients taking self-made Jiangqi Huatan decoction the healing time and the alleviation of symptoms were better than those without taking the decoction. Conclusion： Self-made Jiangqi Huatan decoction for treating pneumonia after stroke has a better prevention and treatment.
