摘　　要：平台组织模式日益成为移动互联网和大数据时代最耀眼的经济模式,对整个社会经济带来颠覆性影响。通过分析平台权力形成和演化的过程,可以窥见平台权力的结构和表现,并在此基础上归纳出规制平台权力和促进平台组织健康发展的政策建议,希翼促进平台权力结构和秩序的优化,使我国平台经济健康发展。The platform organizational mode of the mobile Internet is becoming the most dazzling economic model in the big data era,bringing devastating impacts on the whole economy.This paper analyzes the formation and evolution of the power of the platform,and shows its structure and performance which provides a basis for regulation and policy proposals on the exercise of platform power and the healthy development of internet organizations.This study can promote the optimization of the power structure and the order of platforms,and contribute to the healthy development of China＇ s internet economy.
