摘　　要：酒店式公寓从20世纪90年代出现开始,越来越多的受到人们的关注和需求。本文以酒店式公寓作为切入点,将酒店式公寓来源与发展进行梳理,进而对酒店式公寓的特点、户型平面分类和公共空间划分进一步解析,并结合实际案例进行多方位探索,为今后设计提供思路。Apartment of hotel is becoming more and more popular since 1990s, it attracts more attention and required by a large number of people. In this essay, the origin and development will be covered in order to analyse the special features of apartment of hotel, house type classification as well as the divide of hotel apartment, house type classification as well as the divide of common room. Along with the real case providing more idea to utilise into the design in the future.
