摘　　要：从建立健全图书馆期刊报纸的管理方式和方法、积极开展图书馆"人性化"服务工作、提高图书馆期刊馆员的综合素质3个方面,提出了高校图书馆做好期刊报纸的管理和服务工作的具体对策和建议。This paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions for university library to do well journal/newspaper management and service from three aspects of establishing and perfecting library＇s journal/newspaper management mode and method, actively developing the humanized service in library, and improving the comprehensive quality of journal librarians.
