摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆文化的概念与内涵,以九江学院图书馆为例,探讨了图书馆物质文化建设、制度文化建设、精神文化建设的方法和措施。This paper expounds the concept and connotation of university library＇s culture, and taking the library of Jiujiang University as an example, elaborates the concrete methods and measures for the construction of library＇s material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture.
