摘 要:目的探究右归丸调节肾阳虚过程中垂体-靶腺轴功能的动态变化规律。方法 SD大鼠90只随机分为3组:正常组、模型组、右归丸组;分别测定3个组早、中、晚期垂体-甲状腺轴生物分子[促甲状腺激素(TSH),三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3),四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)]、垂体-肾上腺轴生物分子[促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质醇(CORT)]以及垂体-性腺轴生物分子[黄体生成素(LH),促卵泡激素(FSH),睾酮(T)]的含量,利用成组比较及因子分析方法探究右归丸调节肾阳虚时垂体-靶腺轴功能的动态变化规律。结果右归丸调节肾阳虚的早中晚3个时期除LH和ACTH外,垂体-靶腺轴其余生物分子指标值均随着用药时间增加而逐渐增大且差异有统计学意义;右归丸组因子分析结果表明:早期主调控因子主要包括靶腺层生物分子,中期增加了1个垂体层生物分子,晚期增加了2个垂体层生物分子。结论右归丸调节肾阳虚相对西药是一个较为缓慢长期的过程;右归丸调节肾阳虚过程中首先对靶腺层起作用,进而反馈到垂体层。Objective To explore the change rule of the pituitary-target gland axis function in the kidney yang deficiency modulated by Yougui pill( YP). Methods 90 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,including the normal group,the model group and the YP group. The model of kidney yang deficiency was established by intramuscular injection of cortisone. The values of the hormones in pituitarythyroid axis( TSH,T3 and T4),pituitary-adrenal axis( ACTH and CORT) and pituitary-gonadal axis( LH,FSH and T) in rats were measured in the early,middle and late periods,respectively. The t-test and factor analyses were used to examine the change rule of the pituitary-target gland axis function in the kidney yang deficiency modulated by YP. Results The values of hormones,except LH and ACTH,on pituitary-target gland axes were significantly increased in the YP group during the early,middle and late periods. Master regulatory factors mainly contained the hormones of the target gland layer in the early period,one hormone of the pituitary gland layer was involved in the middle period,and two hormones of the pituitary gland layer were involved in the late period. Conclusion YP treatment shows a slow process in modulation of kidney yang deficiency,which first affect the target gland layer and then feed back to the pituitary gland layer.
