摘　　要：我国当前所处的社会形态在互联网背景下可以称为网络社会(互联网社会),亦可被称为"高能社会",即一种蕴藏并将激发巨大社会政治能量的新型社会形态。网络社会的社会治理发生了多方面深刻的变化,应遵循网络社会开放共享、平等协调、合作创新、民主法治的客观规律和内在要求,从整合高能社会优势资源与防控高能社会潜在风险、推动互联网技术及其应用的创新发展、促进大数据的开放共享与高效利用、贯彻落实"互联网+"行动计划、加快多元社会主体培育与协同治理机制建立,从法治化、安全化、包容化的互联网环境等多重路径入手,积极、有效地推进我国互联网社会的良好治理。China＇s current social pattern can be referred to as the network society （Internet society） in the context of the Internet as well as the ＂high-energy society＂, namely, a new social form which reserves and will inspire great social and political power. Profound changes have taken place in many aspects of the social governance of the network society, so we should follow the objective laws and inherent requirements of it： open sharing, equality and coordination, cooperation and innovation, and democracy and the rule of law, and start from many perspectives to actively and effectively promote good governance in the Chinese Internet society, for example, integrate the superior resources for the high-energy society and prevent and control the potential risks, promote the innovation-based development of the Internet technology and its application, press ahead with the open sharing and efficient use of big data, implement the ＂Internet plus＂ action plan, accelerate the cultivation of a pluralistic society and the establishment of the collaborative governance mechanism, and create a law-abiding, secure and inclusive Internet environment.
