摘　　要：研究了十三五高压配电网规划设计原则,通过分析电网规划总目标,按规划的原则得出110kV和35kV配电网安全准则的要求;深入研究了高压配电网规划技术原则,从容载比控制和电网结构二方面详细分析了高压配电网规划技术原则;最后从主变规模原则,变电站建设型式,变电站馈线规模和变电站馈线截面四方面研究得出较为实用的规划设计原则结果。研究提出的高压配电网规划设计原则体现出了经济性、实用性和可行性等特点。同时提出的高压配电网规划设计原则对县级电网改造升级领域的也有一定的借鉴作用。This research studies the much starker choices-and graver consequences-in high voltage distribution network planning and design principles,through the analysis of power grid planning and total target,according to the principle of planning of 110 kv and 35 kv distribution network security standards requirements;Further study of the principle of high voltage distribution network planning technology,easy load ratio control and power grid structure two aspects principle of high voltage distribution network planning technology is analyzed in detail;At the end of the paper from the principle of main transformer size,substation construction type,size and substation transformer substation feeder feeder section four aspects of research planning and design principles of more practical results.In this paper,the high voltage distribution network planning and design principles embody the economy,practicality and feasibility,etc.At the same time,this paper puts forward principle of high voltage distribution network planning and design for rural power grid upgrading at the county level in the field of also has a certain reference.
