果糖注射液对慢性乙型肝炎合并糖尿病患者血糖影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨果糖注射液对慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis b,CHB)合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)患者血糖的影响。方法:71例CHB合并T2DM患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(33例)和对照组(38例),观察组患者接受以10%果糖注射液250 ml作为甘草酸类制剂的溶剂静脉滴注,对照组接受以5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml加入3 U胰岛素作为甘草酸类制剂的溶剂静脉滴注,在静脉滴注前、静脉滴注完毕、静脉滴注完毕后1.5 h,测患者血糖,连续测定3 d。结果:静脉滴注过程中,观察组和对照组患者血糖均值呈上升趋势,静脉滴注后与静脉滴注后1.5 h基本保持平稳,2组患者不同时间点血糖变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药过程中未发现与果糖相关的不良反应。结论:果糖注射液对CHB合并T2DM患者的血糖变化无影响,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effects of fructose injection on chronic hepatitis B（CHB） combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM）.METHODS： 71 cases of CHB combined with T2 DM were divided into observation group（33 cases） and control group（38 cases） via the random number table.The observation group were treated with 10% fructose injection 250 ml as menstruum of glycyrrhizin,while the control group received 5% glucose injection 250 ml with 3 U insulin as menstruum of glycyrrhizin.Before infusion,after infusion and after infusion of1.5h,the level of blood glucose in patients were determined for 3 d.RESULTS： During intravenous infusion,the level of blood glucose in both observation group and control group increased significantly,and maintained steady basically after infusion and after infusion of 1.5 h; with no significant difference in blood glucose between the observation group and the control group（ P〉0.05）.There were no adverse drug reactions related to fructose had been found during the treatment course.CONCLUSIONS： Fructose injection has no effects on the level of blood glucose in patients with chronic hepatitis B and type two diabetes mellitus.It is worthy of clinical application.
