摘　　要：目的:分析天然冰片、冰片和艾片的鉴别方法,为其质量控制及合理应用提供参考。方法:采用性状鉴别、薄层鉴别、旋光测定及气相色谱法对天然冰片、冰片和艾片进行鉴别。结果:天然冰片、冰片和艾片的药材性状相似度较大,但在形状大小和色泽方面存在微小差异;天然冰片和艾片的薄层色谱及气相色谱较接近,但冰片与二者有明显区别;三者的旋光度有较大差异。结论:综合性状鉴别、薄层鉴别、旋光测定和气相色谱鉴定分析,可以达到区分、检测天然冰片、冰片和艾片的目的,为其质量控制及合理应用提供参考依据。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the identification method of borneolum,borneolum syntheticum and lborneolum,and to provide reference for the quality control and rational application. METHODS： Method of macroscopy identification,thin-layer identification,polarimetry and gas chromatography were used to identify borneolum,borneolum syntheticum,l-borneolum. RESULTS： The medicinal properties of borneolum,borneolum syntheticum and l-borneolum were similar,but the shape,size and color had tiny differences. The thin-layer identification and gas chromatography of borneolum and l-borneolum was similar,but there was a clear difference between these two and borneolum syntheticum.And specific rotation of the three has a bigger difference. CONCLUSIONS： The method of macroscopy identification,thin-layer identification,polarimetry and gas chromatography could distinguish borneolum,borneolum syntheticum,lborneolum,and provide reference for the quality control and rational application.
