2008年和2013年皖南医学院第二附属医院临床用药变化情况分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对比2008年和2013年皖南医学院第二附属医院(以下简称"我院")销售金额前50位和使用强度前50位的药品,探讨我院用药变化情况及其趋势,为我院药剂科制定下一步的工作重点提供依据。方法:通过医院信息系统查出我院2008年和2013年2年销售金额排名前50位的药品并计算出使用强度前50位的药品,对结果进行统计、分析。结果:我院近几年药品使用量快速增长,其中循环系统用药、神经系统用药及消化系统用药增长迅速,而抗菌药物使用量却在下降。我院口服剂型药品和中成药的使用量正逐渐增加,基本药物使用量正在下降。结论:通过对2008年和2013年我院用药变化的特点进行分析,可发现医院合理用药中存在一些问题,明确药剂科下一步的工作重点。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the drug use changes and trends through comparing the top 50 drugs ranked by consumption sum and use intensity in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital ＂）,and then to provide reference for the further key point of work for pharmacy department.METHODS： The data of top 50 drugs ranked by consumption sum and use intensity in 2008 and 2013 were collected from HIS system,the results were statistically analyzed.RESULTS： The drug use amount in our hospital were in a rapid growth in recent years,the main categories were circulation system drugs,nervous system drugs and digestive system drugs,but antimicrobial drugs were in decrease trend.Meanwhile,the use amount of oral dosage drug and Chinese patent medicine were growing, and the amount of national essential medicines were decreasing.CONCLUSIONS： Problems of rational drug use in our hospital are found out and the further key point of work is clearcut through the analysis of characteristics in drug use changes in 2008 and 2013.
