中医专科医师培训制度认知程度分析——以广州中医药大学第一附属医院为例

摘　　要：本研究通过逐个访谈,调查广州中医药大学在校师生及广州中医药大学第一附属医院临床医师对中医专科医师培训制度了解程度,分析各类人员对该制度的认知情况,提出了中医专科医师培训制度确属起步阶段,还需许多了解、熟知、深入人心的过程,必须加大对本制度的宣传。This study surveyed the cognition degree of TCM Specialist Training System from teachers and students of Guangzhou U-niversity of Chinese Medicine and doctors of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine through in-terviews. Also, cognition status of various types of personnel was analyzed. TCM Specialist Training System is still on a starting stage,and needed more acknowledgment, familiarity and approval. So this system needs more publicity.
