喜炎平注射液联合金牛腹痛片治疗急性胃肠炎200例

摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平注射液联合金牛腹痛片治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法将200例确诊为急性胃肠炎的患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各100例,对照组在补液、维持水电解质酸碱平衡及对症治疗基础上给予654-2解痉止痛治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用清热祛湿中成药喜炎平注射液静脉滴注联合金牛腹痛片口服,在治疗前后检测2组血清C-反应蛋白及观察临床疗效。结果治疗组患者腹痛、腹泻、呕吐及发热改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组均可降低血清CRP水平,但治疗组降低血清CRP水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组的78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合金牛腹痛片治疗急性胃肠炎能够显著降低血清CRP水平,从而明显改善各项治疗指标,收到良好疗效。Objective To observe Xiyanping injection combined Jinniu Futong tablet in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods 200 patients diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each geoup had 100 cases. The control group was given rehydration, maintaining 654-2 spasm pain on the basis of giving water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, based on symptomatic treatment. The treatment group received heat and dampness medicine Xiyanping intravenous injection combined Jinniu Futong tablet based on the control group. Before and after treatment, serum C- reactive protein was detected, and clinical effect was observed. Results The improvement of abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting and fever of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The treatment group and the control group can reduce serum CRP levels, but the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, which was significantly better than 78% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined Jinniu Futong in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis can significantly reduce serum CRP levels, thus significantly improve the therapeutic in-dex, and received good effect.
