积芎解毒方治疗早期糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究探讨积芎解毒方治疗早期糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床效果。方法 2组患者接受不同治疗方法。将两组患者收缩压、舒张压、血清胱抑素C、随机尿白蛋白/肌酐比值情况进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗后收缩压下降(47.15±7.55)mm Hg,对照组患者(25.04±6.65)mm Hg。观察组患者治疗后舒张压下降(23.75±5.35)mm Hg,对照组患者(6.94±1.45)mm Hg。观察组患者治疗后血清胱抑素C水平下降(0.32±0.07)mg/L,对照组患者(0.15±0.02)mg/L。观察组患者治疗后随机尿白蛋白/肌酐比值下降(48.26±5.14)mg/g,对照组患者下降(24.15±5.15)mg/g。经检验具统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论积芎解毒方能起到有益辅助降压的作用,并能改善肾功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Jixiong Jiedu decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with hypertension. Methods Two groups of patients received different treatment methods. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pres-sure, serum cystatin C and random urine albumin/creatinine of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group decreased（ 47.15 ±7.55） mm Hg, the systolic blood pressure of patients in the control group decreased（ 25.04 ±6.65） mm Hg. After treatment, the observation group patients＇ diastolic blood pressure decreased（ 23.75 ±5.35） mm Hg, patients in the control group diastolic blood pressure decreased（ 6.94 ±1.45） mm Hg. After treatment, the serum cystatin C levels of the observation group decreased（0.32 ±0.07） mg/L, the serum cystatin C of the control group decreased（0.15±0.02） mg/L. After treatment, the random urine albumin/creatinine of the observation group decreased（48.26 ±5.14） mg/g, the random urine albumin/creatinine of the control group decreased（24.15 ±5.15） mg/g, and all examinations were statistically significant（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Jixiong Jiedu decoction can play an effective role in reducing blood pressure, and can improve renal function
