消瘿汤联合活血散结法治疗甲状腺瘤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对消瘿汤联合活血散结法治疗甲状腺瘤患者的治疗效果进行研究。方法应用随机数字法将56例甲状腺瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予甲状腺素片,观察组给予消瘿汤联合活血散结法治疗。结果观察组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗甲状腺瘤患者应用消瘿汤联合活血散结法,能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗有效率,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Xiaoying decoction combined with Huoxue Sanjie therapy in the treatment of thyroid adenoma. Methods 56 patients with thyroid adenoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given thyroxine tablet. The observation group was given Xiaoying decoction combined with Huoxue Sanjie therapy. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoying decoction combined with Huoxue Sanjie therapy in the treatment of thyroid adenoma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and therapeutic effective rate, and is worth promoting.
