摘　　要：国土资源"一张图"及综合监管平台建设是"十二五"期间西藏国土资源信息化建设的重点任务。本文结合具体实践,全面阐述了西藏国土资源"一张图"及综合监管平台的建设目标、系统设计与实现、技术创新点、应用成效等内容。The construction of land and resources ＂One Map＂ and comprehensive regulatory platform is the key task of informatization construction of the Land and Resources of Tibet during the ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂ period. On the basis of practice, a comprehensive description of the ＂One Map＂ and integrated regulatory platform of the Land and Resources of Tibet, including construction objectives, system designing and implementation, technical innovation, and application effect etc. have been made up in this paper.
