摘 要:针对海洋沉积物孔隙水高盐分的特性,实验采用稀释法处理水样,以离子色谱法测定其中的Li^+、Na^+、NH_4^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)和Sr^(2+)等阳离子。探讨了仪器的最佳测量条件,特别是试验了不同色谱柱的分析效果,确定使用CS12A分析柱。针对孔隙水的高盐分,考察了稀释倍数为500、200、100、50、20和10时Li^+、Na^+、NH_4^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)和Sr^(2+)的测试效果。结果表明,采用CS12A色谱柱,7种阳离子可以较好分离,校准曲线相关系数均大于0.999 3;孔隙水样品稀释100倍可测试Na^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)和Ca^(2+),稀释20倍可测试Li^+、Sr^(2+)和NH_4^+。方法检出限在0.13~1.14μg/L之间。对孔隙水样品进行精密度考察,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.31%~1.7%之间;按照实验方法对孔隙水样品48GC进行测定,并进行加标回收实验,回收率在90%~107%之间。In view of high salt characteristics of pore water of ocean sediments,the water samples were treated by dilution method.The contents of cations(including Li^+,Na^+,NH_4^+,K^+,Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+)and Sr^(2+))were determined by ion chromatography.The optimal measurement conditions of instrument were discussed.The analysis effect of various chromatographic columns was especially investigated.The CS12 A column was finally selected for analysis.For the high salt of pore water,the contents of Li^+,Na^+,NH_4^+,K^+,Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+)and Sr^(2+)were determined when the dilution factor was 500,200,100,50,20 and 10.The results showed that seven cations could be well separated with CS12 Acolumn.The correlation coefficients of calibration curves were higher than 0.999 3.Na^+,K^+,Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)in pore water could be determined when the sample was diluted for 100 times,while Li^+,Sr^(2+)and NH_4^+could be determined when the sample was diluted for 20 times.The detection limit of method was 0.13-1.14μg/L.The precision test was also conducted.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=11)were between 0.31%and 1.7%.The pore water sample 48 GC was determined according to the experimental method.The recovery test of standard addition was also performed.The recoveries were between 90% and 107%.
