摘 要:依据煤层瓦斯单向非稳态流动理论,建立了煤壁瓦斯涌出的数学模型,得出煤壁瓦斯涌出强度及瓦斯涌出量的计算公式。根据风量平衡和瓦斯平衡原理,采用单元网格法实测煤壁瓦斯涌出强度,并对孔庄矿7354工作面进行现场参数测定,得出该工作面瓦斯涌出强度的计算公式,并通过可靠性验证,实测数据拟合的相关系数为0.961 45,大于相关系数理论临界值0.917。基于工作面煤壁瓦斯涌出强度计算公式,可得出每个循环内工作面煤壁累计瓦斯涌出量为395.2 m^3,煤壁相对瓦斯涌出量为0.7 m^3/t,煤壁绝对瓦斯涌出量为1.372 m^3/min。A mathematical model of gas emission from coal wall was established according to the unidirectional unsteady flow theory of coal-seam gas,and the calculation formulas of gas emission intensity and volume were obtained. Based on air volume balance and gas balance principle,unit grid method was used to measure the intensity of gas emission from coal wall,site parameter measurements were carried out in No. 7354 coal face in Kongzhuang Mine,the calculation formula of gas emission intensity in this face was obtained,through the reliability verification,the correlation coefficient of the measured data fitting was0. 961 45,which was greater than its theoretical critical value 0. 917. Based on the calculation formula of coal wall gas emission intensity,it obtained that the accumulated gas emission volume,the relative gas emission quantity and absolute gas emission quantity from the coal wall in this face in each production cycle were respectively 395. 2 m^3,0. 7 m^3/ t and 1. 372 m^3/ min.
