张峰水库供水价格及未来发展策略分析

摘　　要：为促进张峰水库供水市场开发,采用水费支出能力指数分析法,对居民生活用水、工业用水的水费支出能力进行分析,测算张峰水库未来供水水价。计算结果表明：2018年后,全线平均终端水价为3.5-4.2元/m3,其中工业用水、生活用水、农业用水终端水价分别为3.6-4.4、4.1-4.5、1.7-2.4元/m3。在市场开发初期,应充分考虑现行水价,以开拓市场为主,逐步提高受水地区用户终端供水价格,通过后期供水利润弥补前期亏损。In order to promote the water supply market development of Zhangfeng Reservoir and ensure the safety of project running, thisstudy analyzed the residents living water use and industrial water use on water payment ability and determined the supply price of ZhangfengReservoir engineering. The results show that the average terminal water price is 3.5-4.2 RMB Yuan/ m3, the industrial water terminal waterprice is 3.6-4.4 RMB Yuan/ m3, the domestic water terminal water price is 4.1-4.5 RMB Yuan/ m3 and the agricultural water terminal waterprice is 1.7-2.4 RMB Yuan/ m3. In the early period of the market development, it should give priority to expand the market considering thecurrent price of water and then gradually increase the users＇ terminal water supply price, which can make up the previous losses by the laterwater profit.
