摘　　要：本文研究了Weibull分布下设备可靠性寿命预测的问题.利用改进后的遗传算法,主要是对遗传算法编码、目标函数和遗传操作的改进,实现对Weibull参数的估计.获得了Weibull分布模型和设备的可靠性寿命模型.In this paper, we predict the equipment life reliability which is based on Weibull distribution. By using the improved GA which includes the improvement of the coding scheme,the establishment of the objective function, the improvement of the genetic operation, the problem of parameter estimation of Weibull distribution is resolved, then the Weibull distribution model and the equipment reliability life model are established.
