泰州市口腔诊疗机构感染控制相关硬件设施设备配置情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解泰州市口腔诊疗机构感染控制相关清洗、消毒、灭菌等相关硬件设施、设备配置情况。方法依据口腔诊疗相关法律、法规、规章和标准规定,结合日常工作经验,制定现况调查表进行现场调查,数据录入Epi Data3.1软件生成数据库,导出Excel 2007和SPSS 17.0进行相关描述性统计分析。结果泰州市口腔诊疗机构共计185家,不同类型口腔诊疗机构感染控制相关的清洗、烘干、消毒、灭菌、监测、贮存以及环境清洁消毒、医务人员职业防护等方面的设备设施配置率不同。结论泰州市口腔诊疗机构感染控制相关的多个环节的硬件设施设备配置率较低,存在导致口腔诊疗院内感染的安全隐患。Objective To learn about the hardware equipment disposition of cleaning, disinfection, sterilization related to infection control in dental institution in Tai Zhou city. Methods Based on laws, regulations and standards related to oral cavity diagnosis and treatment, combined with daily work experience, the questionnaire was designed and carried out and datum were entered by Epi Data3.1 software to generate the database and analyzed by use of SPSS 17.0. Results There are a total of 185 dental institutions in Taizhou city. The rates of hardware equipment disposition, such as cleaning, drying,disinfection, sterilization, monitoring, storage, environmental cleaning and disinfection, and occupational protection of medical staff are varied. Conclusion The rates of more hardware equipment dispositions related to infection control in Taizhou city are low with the potential risks leading to dental hospital-acquired infection.
