摘 要:目的了解杭州市萧山区游泳场所水质卫生状况,为提高其卫生质量,保障游泳人群健康提供科学依据。方法水样按照GB/T 18204-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》检验,检验结果根据GB 9667-1996《游泳场所卫生标准》进行评价。结果萧山区2011-2014年游泳池水质监测总合格率为75.8%,各年度合格率分别为77.6%、78.5%、84.4%和61.5%。游泳池水各检测指标总体合格率从高到低依次为浑浊度(99.8%)、p H值(99.6%)、大肠菌群(98.9%)、细菌总数(96.2%)、尿素(89.4%)和游离性余氯(86.8%)。各年度浸脚池水游离性余氯合格率分别为92.9%、76.5%、90.7%和95.3%。酒店内设、居民区所设、体育/健身中心3种不同类型游泳池水合格率差异具有统计学意义。结论杭州市萧山区游泳场所水质卫生还需提升,游泳场所应科学使用消毒剂、定期换水;卫生监督机构加强培训与监管,保障游泳人群健康。Objective To learn the current sanitary quality of swimming places water of Xiaoshan district in Hangzhou, so as to provide scientific basis for further improving the hygienic quality of swimming places water, and safeguarding the health of swimmers. Methods GB/T 18204-2000 "Hygiene standard test method in public places" and GB 9667-1996 "Hygienic standard of swimming places" were applied to test and evaluate the water quality respectively. Results The general qualified rate of the swimming pool water was 75.8% in Xiaoshan district from 2011 to 2014.The qualified rate of each year was 77.6%,78.5%,84.4% 和61.5% respectively during the past four years. The qualified rate of each detection index from high to low in an order was the turbidity value(99.8%), the p H value(99.6%), coliform group count(98.9%),total bacteria count(96.2%), the urea(89.4%) and the residual free chlorine(86.8%). In foot pools, the qualified rate of the residual free chlorine each year was 92.9%,76.5%,90.7% and 95.3% respectively. There were statistical significances in qualified rates among three types of swimming pool water(hotels, residential districts and sports/fitness centers).Conclusion The hygienic quality of swimming places water still needs to be improved in Xiaoshan district. The swimming places should use the disinfectant scientifically, change the water regularly, and health supervision institutions should strengthen the training and supervision, to ensure the water quality of swimming places.
