摘  要:介绍了钻井液用烷基糖苷类处理剂的应用现状,通过测定现场应用烷基糖苷类处理剂的钻井液p H值、水分、水不溶物、阳离子度、相对抑制率、滤失量降低率等指标考察了钻井液的性能,得出各类产品在钻井液中的主要功能和适用条件。甲基葡萄糖苷产品可作为抑制剂兼具降滤失的效果;阳离子烷基糖苷可作为强抑制剂,应配合常规降滤失剂一起使用;高浓度的烷基糖苷具有井壁稳定和润滑的作用。The application of alky polyglucos side( APG) chemicals for field drilling fluids is introduced. The properties of APG chemicals for field drilling fluids were studied by determining the p H value,water content,water insoluble matters content,cationic degree,relative inhibition rate,and filter loss reduction rate,etc. of the field drilling fluids to which APG chemicals were added,and the main functions of APG chemicals in the drilling fluids and the application conditions of APG chemicals were identified therefrom. An APG chemical for drilling fluid functions as an inhibitor and a filtrate reducer to a lesser extent as well. Cationic alkyl polyglucoside as a strong inhibitor shall be used together with conventional filtrate reducer,and only high concentration alkyl polyglucoside has the functions of stabilizing wellbore and lubricating.
