摘 要:以蝴蝶翅表面为生物模板,采用真空蒸镀法、软刻蚀法制备了超疏水纳米银膜、超疏水高分子膜(聚二甲基硅氧烷,PDMS).使用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)和视频光学接触角测量仪观测了天然和仿生表面的微观形态及浸润性.结果表明:在蝴蝶(夜迷蛱蝶,Mimathyma nycteis)翅表面蒸镀的不同厚度(5,10,20,40,60,80,100nm)纳米级银膜上,接触角(contact angle,CA)均大于130°,其中蒸镀5nm银膜的表面接触角达到了150.4°.随着蒸镀银膜厚度的增加,蝴蝶翅表面的疏水性降低.仿生高分子膜表面较好地复制了蝴蝶(斑缘豆粉蝶,Colias erate)翅表面的多级微观结构和浸润性,接触角达到了153.2°.蝴蝶翅表面的微纳米多级粗糙结构使金属银和高分子膜实现了超疏水.Using butterfly wing as a bio-template,superhydrophobic nano silver films were prepared by vacuum vapor coating,superhydrophobic polymer(polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)films were prepared by soft lithography.The micro-morphology and wettability of the natural and artificial surfaces were investigated by a scanning electron microscope and a video-based contact angle meter.On the butterfly(Mimathyma nycteis)wings coated with nano silver films of various thicknesses(5,10,20,40,60,80,100nm),the water contact angles were all larger than 130°.When the thickness of the silver film was5 nm,the water contact angle was 150.4°. With the increase of silver film thickness,the hydrophobicity on the wing surface kept decreasing.The biomimetic polymer film,on which the water contact angle was 153.2°,reduplicated the rough micro-morphology and wettability of butterfly(Colias erate)wing very well.The multi-dimensional micro/nano structure of butterfly wing contributes to the superhydrophobicity of silver and polymer film.This paper not only further reveals the wettability mechanism on bio-surfaces,but also provides an inexpensive and effective approach to biomimetic design and fabrication of multi-functional interfacial materials.
