摘  要:对用挥发油提取器提取得到的龙脑樟叶油进行真空抽滤,获得其脱脑油,再利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪和气相色谱仪对晶体及脱脑油进行了定性和定量分析。试验结果表明,真空抽滤是纯化龙脑樟叶油的可用方法之一;脱脑油中单萜类物质占总量的85.467%(相对质量分数),主要成分为为龙脑(23.813%)、D-苧烯(15.627%)、α-蒎烯(12.593%)、莰烯(6.309%)、β-月桂烯(6.213%)、乙酸龙脑酯(6.153%)和β-蒎烯(4.336%)等,可通过分馏对其加以利用。The de-crystallized leave oil of Cinnamomum Camphora(L)Sieb was obtained by vacuum suction filtration of the volatile oil extracted. The chemical constituents and their relative contents of crystal and de-crystallized leave oils were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by means of GC-MS and GC with area normalization. The results showed that vacuum suction filtration was one of purification methods for leave oil of Cinnamomum Camphora(L)Sieb. The relative mass contents of monoterpenes in de-crystallized oil were more than 85.467%,the major components were endoborneol(23.813%), D- limonene(15.627%), α- pinene(12.593%), camphene(6.309%), β- myrcene(6.213%), bornyl acetate(6.153%), β- pinene(4.336%), etc. This oil could be utilized after fractional distillation.
