摘  要:为调查网络交易第三方平台销售化妆品标签标识现状及提出相应监管对策,对在各互联网销售平台购买的化妆品,按标签相关规定和标准进行检查。结果发现:祛斑、美白、防晒类化妆品不符合规定率分别为86.1%、82.8%、78.9%,尤以成分表、保质期、特殊用途化妆品批准文号这三项不符合规定情况最为严重。这说明网售化妆品标签标识存在一定问题,需加大对企业培训及监管力度,并建立适应网络销售化妆品的监管模式。To investigate the current status of cosmetic label sold on the internet and provide corresponding countermeasures, several kinds of samples were bought on different websites, and checked according to relevant regulation and standards. The results showed the ratio of irregularity of freckle, whitening, sunscreen cosmetics label were 86.1%、82.8% and 78.9% respectively. Three of the most serious incompliance circumstances were composition table, shelf life and special sanitation permission number. This meant there were some problems in cosmetic labels sold on the internet. Training and supervision for the manufacturers need to be intensified. The establishment of regulatory approach adapt to internet sales should be put on agenda.
