摘　　要：宝钢热态罐底渣处理滚筒装置是在原有滚筒法炼钢熔渣处理技术的基础上,专门针对大块状罐底钢渣的特性而开发设计的处理装置。该装置具有大容量的进料筒体,可以实现罐底渣的"一次进料分批处理"功能。为解决进料问题,该装置设计了升降式进料漏斗、插拔式筒盖、微动对中机构、防冲击液压托座和柔性传动机构,渣钢清理机实现了滚筒内残存大块渣钢的机械清理。生产实践证明,该装置运行安全、清洁、高效,实现了大块状罐底钢渣的热态滚筒法清洁处理。Based on the original BSSF technology of slag processing drum,a new type drum device has been specially developed for large bulk pot-bottom slag. Besides a granulating cylinder,the device of this type has a large capacity cylinder to storage hot slag,so it can succeed to complish the whole slag granulating process that so called ＂once slag dumping along with slag granulating continuously＂. To solve problem between slag feeding and slag granulating,a lift slag hopper,pluggable cylinder cover,micro-centering mechanism,a hydraulic anti-shock bracket and a flexible drive mechanism were equipped to the pot-bottom slag processing drum device. Specially designed slag iron cleaning machinery can work effectively. Production practice has proved that the development of device design is reasonable and can run safely,cleanly and high efficiently.
