国外机场经营管理模式比较

摘　　要：机场在地区政治、经济、就业、税收、服务、区域竞争力等方面具有不可替代的优势,在国家综合运输体系中具有不可替代的作用和地位,是航空系统正常有序运行的基础保障。我国民航起步较晚,民航管理体制还处于"摸着石头过河"的阶段,相应的管理体制研究没有跟上现代机场建设步伐,进而影响机场的效率,造成极大的资源浪费。通过对国外机场不同管理模式现状的研究探讨,深化研究机场管理体制问题,为国内机场管理模式改革发展提供参考。The airport has irreplaceable advantages in regional politics,economy,employment,tax,service and regional competitiveness and it also has irreplaceable function and position in the comprehensive transportation system of the country,so it is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of aviation system.China＇s civil aviation started late and the civil aviation management system is still in the stage of＂crossing the river＂.The corresponding management system has not kept pace with the construction of the modern airport.As a result,it has affected the efficiency of the airport,and thus resulted in a great waste of resources.This paper attempts to explore the current situation of different management modes of foreign airports,deepen the research of the airport management system,and provide a reference for the reform and development of domestic airports.
