壮药舒筋解痛方联合壮医经筋疗法治疗腰肌劳损的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨壮药舒筋解痛方联合壮医经筋疗法治疗腰肌劳损的效果。方法:对来我科室诊治的100例患者的就诊资料进行分析,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规方法治疗,实验组采用壮药舒筋解痛方联合壮医经筋疗法治疗腰肌劳损。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前VAS评分差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组VAS评分为(1.96±1.05)分,低于对照组(3.45±0.94)分(P<0.05),实验组(92%)治疗效果理想,高于对照组(80%);实验组%对我院治疗总体满意,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰肌劳损作为临床上高发病率采用壮药舒筋解痛方联合壮医经筋疗法治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。Objective： To study the zhuang medicine and tendons pain side joint zhuang medicine by reinforcement treatment effect for the treatment of strain of lumbar muscles. Methods： Come to my department to make a diagnosis and give treatment clinic data of 100 patients were analyzed,and randomly divided into two groups.Treated the control group using conventional methods,the experimental group with strong medicine and tendons pain side joint zhuang medicine through muscle therapy for strain of lumbar muscles. Compare two groups of therapeutic effect. Compare two groups of therapeutic effect. Results： The two groups before treatment VAS score difference was not significant（ P〉0. 05）; After treatment,the experimental group（ 1. 96 - 1. 05） for VAS score points,lower than the control group（ 3. 45-0. 94）（ P〈0. 05）,the experimental group（ 92%）,the treatment effect is ideal,higher than the control group（ 80%）. Experimental group % in our treatment of overall satisfaction,higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The strain of lumbar muscles,as a high incidence of the zhuang medicine clinical and tendons pain side joint zhuang medicine by the reinforcement treatment effect is ideal,worth extending use!
