输卵管积水抽吸术配合耳穴压丸对冻融胚胎移植结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨冷冻胚胎移植前输卵管积水处理的有效方法。方法:将113例冷冻胚胎移植并伴有输卵管积水的患者,随机分为输卵管积水抽吸术配合耳穴贴丸组(A组)38例,输卵管积水抽吸组(B组)37例,输卵管积水未处理组(C组)38例。比较3组患者的一般情况、冻融胚胎移植周期结局及移植日子宫内膜和内膜下血流分布。结果:3组患者一般情况、异位妊娠率、多胎妊娠率均无统计学差异(P>0.05);A组临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率及移植日子宫内膜和内膜下血流A型分布率均明显高于其他2组(P<0.05),早期流产率与移植取消率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:输卵管积水抽吸配合耳穴贴丸方案处理输卵管积水能提高子宫内膜容受性,改善IVF结局。Objective： To discuss effective methods of treating hydrosalpinx before transferring frozen embryo.Methods： All 113 patients with hydrosalpinx who received frozen embryo transferring were randomized into 38 cases of the experiment group who accepted hydrosalpinx aspiration and auricular point therapy（group A）, 37 cases of hydrosalpinx aspiration（group B）, and 38 cases as the control group who didn＇t accepted any treatment. Common conditions, the outcomes of frozen embryo transferring cycles, blood flow distribution of endometrium and under the endometrium at the transferring day were compared. Results： There was no statistical differences in the comparisons of common conditions, ectopic pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rates among the patients in three groups（P〉0.05）; A was higher than other two groups in clinical pregnancy rate, embryo planting rate and blood flow A-type distribution rate of at the transferring day obviously（P〈0.05）, lower than the control group in early abortion rate and transferring removing rate obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hydrosalpinx aspiration combined with auricular point therapy could raise endometrial receptivity and IVF outcomes in treating the patients with hydrosalpinx.
