妇炎舒胶囊治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的有效性和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:评价妇炎舒胶囊治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的有效性和安全性。方法:将420例患者随机分为观察组315例,对照组105例。观察组口服妇炎舒胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。对照药组口服金鸡胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。2组均经期停服药。结果:观察组脱落数1例,剔除数6例,对照组脱落数3例,剔除数2例,2组脱落、剔除率比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组符合方案数据集(PPS)308例,符合全数据分析集(FAS)313例,符合SS集308例,对照组符合PPS集100例,符合FAS集102例,符合SS集101例。观察组、对照组PPS集局部体征疗效疗后4周愈显率分别为55.84%、49.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率分别为85.71%、72.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇炎舒胶囊治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著。Objective： To assess the effectiveness and the safety of FuYanShu capsules in treating chronic pelvic inflammation（PI） of dampness-heat stagnation pattern. Methods： All 420 patients were randomized into 315 cases of the observation group and 105 cases of the control group. The observation group took FuYanShu capsules orally, five pills each time, three times per day. The control group Jin Ji capsules, four pills each time, three times per day. Both groups began to take the medicine when the period ended. Results： One case lost in the observation group,and six cases removed in the observation group, three cases lost and two cases removed in the control group, the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of lost and removing rates（P〈0.05）. In the observation group,there were 308 cases meeting PPS set, 313 cases meeting FAS set and 308 cases meeting SS set, there were 100 cases meeting PPS set, 102 cases meeting FAS set and 101 cases meeting SS set in the control group, local body signs markedly effective rates of the patients meeting PPS set in the observation group and the control group after treating for four weeks were 55.84% and 49.00%, the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups（P〈0.05）;total effective rates were 85.71% and 72.00% respectively, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： FuYanShu capsules are effective in treating chronic PI of dampness-heat stagnation pattern.
