摘　　要：目的:建立2种中药制剂的微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用直接法和培养基稀释法对2种中药制剂进行5种试验菌回收率实验及控制菌检查方法学验证,判断药品是否具有抑菌作用。结果:咳喘清片和清热解毒片均对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用,可通过培养基稀释法消除其抑菌作用。结论:常规法适用于2种制剂霉菌和酵母菌计数,控制菌检查可采用直接法。Objective： To establish microbial limit test method for two kinds of herbal preparations. Methods：Direct method and culture medium dilution method were adopted to validate five kinds of test bacteria recovery rate experiment and control bacteria test methods of two sorts of herbal preparations, to judge whether there was bacteriostasic activity of the herbs. Results： KeChuanQing tablets and QingRe JieDu tablets showed bacteriostasic activity to Staphylococcus aureus（SA）, which could remove its bacteriostasic activity through culture medium dilution method. Conclusion： Conventional method is suitable for the counting of mould and yeasts in two kinds of herbal preparations, control bacteria test could adopt direct method.
