基于真实世界临床研究在综合医院推广中医适宜技术中的组织管理效应

摘　　要：目的:调查真实世界临床研究中医适宜技术在综合医院推广应用过程中的组织和管理方法效应。方法:对科室医护人员进行系统的中医适宜技术培训,严格考核合格后进入临床推广应用,并设置对照科室。每3个月对推广科室及对照科室医护人员和接受中医适宜技术治疗的患者进行问卷调查,调查他们对中医适宜技术的认识和接受程度。结果:推广科室接受中医适宜技术治疗的总门诊量,住院患者人数,医护人员对中医适宜技术的认识及接受程度、接受中医适宜技术治疗患者的认知及接受程度和患者满意度,医护人员满意度均优于对照科室。结论:真实世界临床研究在综合医院推广中医适宜技术的组织和管理方法过程中发挥了导向作用。Objective： To investigate organizational management effects of studying TCM appropriate technology promoted in general hospital by real world research（RWR）. Methods： The doctors and the nurses in the department accepted systematic training of TCM appropriate technology, and they were qualified after strict assessment,and then TCM appropriate technology were widely promoted in clinic, and the control department was set. The doctor and the nurses and the patients who were treated by TCM appropriate technology in the control department and the promotion departments were surveyed by the questionnaire each three months, to investigate their understanding to TCM appropriate technology and their receptive degrees. Results： Total outpatient amount of the promotion departments, the number of the inpatients, the understanding and receptive degrees of the doctor and the nurse to TCM appropriate technology, the cognition and receptive degrees of the patients, the patients＇ satisfaction degrees and the paramedics＇ satisfaction degree were superior to these of the control department. Conclusion： RWR is playing the guiding effects in the organization and management methods of promoting TCM appropriate technology in general hospital.
