基于田野观察法探讨医患关系对针灸疗效的影响

摘　　要：采用田野观察法,从开放及深入观察的角度,初步探讨存在于针灸诊室中的医患关系及互动文化对针灸疗效的可能影响。在本次田野观察中所呈现的医患关系以"平等、和谐"为主,本次研究的针灸医生与患者具有3种主要的医患关系:社交亲密模式、共同参与模式、引导与合作模式。笔者发现良好的医患关系有利于提高患者对检查和治疗的依从性。Potential impacts of doctor-patient relationship and interactive culture existed in the acupuncture consulting room on clinical effects of acupuncture were explored initially by adopting field observation method in the open and deep observation angles. Doctor-patient relationship presented in the field observation method was mainly ＂equal＂ and ＂harmony＂, acupuncture doctor and the patients were in three kinds of the relationship： social intimate model; common participation model; guiding and cooperation model. The author found that good doctor-patient relationship could promote the patients＇ compliance to the examination and the treatment.
