醒脑开窍法结合血液光量子疗法治疗中风后偏瘫60例

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑开窍针刺法结合血液光量子疗法治疗中风后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:将120例中风后偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。2组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组以醒脑开窍针刺法结合血液光量子疗法进行治疗;对照组予以传统针刺治疗。2组均连续治疗2个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为86.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以醒脑开窍针刺法结合血液光量子疗法治疗中风后偏瘫疗效显著。Objective： To survey curative effects of resuscitation acupuncture combined with blood light quantum therapy in treating apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods： All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups accepted routine treatment of western medicine; the patients in the treatment group were treated by resuscitation acupuncture and blood light quantum therapy; the control group traditional acupuncture. Both groups were treated for two consecutive courses of the treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, higher than 86.7% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Resuscitation acupuncture and blood light quantum therapy are effective in treating apoplectic hemiplegia.
