中药内服、熏蒸联合舒筋通络手法治疗髋痹30例  

Oral Administration and Fumigation of Herbs Combined with the Technique of Soothing Meridians in Treating 30 Cases of Hip Arthralgia

摘　　要：目的:观察蠲痹汤结合熏蒸、舒筋通络手法治疗髋痹的临床疗效。方法:将60例(72髋)患者随机分为治疗组30例(38髋)与对照组30例(34髋),治疗组采用中药口服、熏蒸联合舒筋通络手法治疗,对照组仅采用口服中药治疗。2组均连续治疗2周后用Harris评分评定髋关节疼痛及功能恢复情况。结果:Harris评分2组治疗后均明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组升高更明显(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为90.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服、熏蒸联合舒筋通络手法治疗髋痹临床疗效显著,可降低Harris评分。Objective： To observe curative effects of Juan Bi Tang, fumigation combined with the technique of soothing meridians in treating hip arthralgia. Methods： Sixty patients（72 hips） were randomized into 30 cases of the treatment group（38 hips） and 30 cases of the control group（34 hips）, the treatment group adopted oral administration and fumigation of herbs combined with the technique of soothing meridians, the control group took hers only,Hip pain and functional recovery conditions of both groups were assessed by Harris scales after treating for two consecutive weeks. Results： Harris scales of both groups raised obviously after treating（P〈0.05）, the raise of the treatment group was more remarkable（P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, higher than90.0% of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oral administration and fumigations of herbs combined with the technique of soothing meridians could obtain notable effects in treating hip arthralgia, which could decrease Harris scales.
