弹力止血气囊应用于股动脉介入术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经股动脉穿刺介入术后,应用弹力止血气囊止血的效果。方法:将150例经股动脉穿刺介入术患者随机分为8字绷带组(50例)、弹力止血气囊组(50例)、弹力绷带组(50例),3组均在拔出血管鞘后先行人工压迫止血20分钟,8字绷带组采用传统的纱布卷+纱布固定法压迫止血、弹力绷带组采用纱布卷+弹力绷带法压迫止血、弹力止血气囊组采用弹力止血气囊压迫止血。观察3组术后患者的制动时间、并发症、舒适度。结果:弹力止血气囊组制动时间明显优于"8"字绷带组、弹力绷带组,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);弹力止血气囊组术后并发症明显较"8"字绷带组少,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);弹力止血气囊组患者在主观节制饮水、烦躁、排尿恐惧、腰酸背痛、失眠、止血物移位等方面不良反应较"8"字绷带组明显减轻,与弹力绷带组比较,亦有不同程度改善。结论:弹力止血气囊对介入治疗后股动脉止血效果明显优于"8"字绷带组、弹力绷带组,并能减少术后并发症,增加患者舒适度。Objective： To explore the effects of elastic hemostasis balloon applied to the patients after the operation of femoral artery intervention. Methods： All 150 patients were randomized into figure-of-8 bandage group（50 cases）, elastic hemostasis balloon group（50 cases） and elastic bandage group（50 cases）. The patients in the three groups accepted artificial compression hemostasis for 20 minutes after pulling out sheath, figure-of-8 bandage group adopted traditional roller and gauze fixation method to stop the bleeding by compression, elastic bandage group roller and elastic bandage method and elastic hemostasis balloon group elastic hemostasis balloon. Stopping time,the complications and the comfort degrees of the three groups were observed. Results： Elastic hemostasis balloon group was superior to figure-of-8 bandage group and elastic bandage group obviously in stopping time, the difference showed statistical meaning among three groups（P〈0.05）; elastic hemostasis balloon group was less than figure-of-8 bandage group in postoperative complications significantly, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning among the three groups（P〈0.05）; elastic hemostasis balloon group was lighter than figure-of-8 bandage group in adverse reactions such as water abstention, dysphoria, fear of urination, backache, insomnia, displacement of hemostasis gauze obviously, there were the improvements of different degrees compared with elastic bandage group. Conclusion： Elastic hemostasis balloon is superior to figure-of-8 bandage and elastic bandage in stopping the bleeding after the operation of intervention apparently, which could reduce postoperative complications and increase the comfort of the patients.
