摘 要:目的:探讨"321"健康教育模式在椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)眩晕中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年6~12月就诊的40例VBI眩晕患者作为对照组,给予常规健康教育,选择2014年1~7月就诊的40例VBI眩晕患者作为观察组,给予"321"健康教育模式护理。比较2组护理前后眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果:DIH、ADL评分护理后观察组低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:"321"健康教育模式可以明显改善(VBI)眩晕患者眩晕障碍并提高其日常生活能力。Objective: To explore the effects of "321" health education model applied to the patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency(VBI) dizziness. Methods: Forty VBI dizziness patients, who visited the doctor from June to December, 2013, were chosen as the control group, and they accepted routine health education, forty patients as the observation group who visited from January to July, 2014, received "321" health education model. Dizziness handicap inventory(DHI) scales and ability of daily life(ADL) scales were compared between before and after nursing in both groups. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in DHI and ADL scales after nursing(P〈0.05). Conclusion: "321" health education model could improve dizziness disorder and ADL of VBI dizziness patients apparently.
