亚低温对急性重度颅脑损伤血清中IL-10及TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨亚低温对急性重度颅脑损伤血清中IL-10、TNF-α的影响。方法 112例重度急性颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组(n=56)与对照组(n=56),对照组给予利尿、脱水、止血及抗感染等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用亚低温治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及血清IL-10及TNF-α的变化。结果两组患者治疗后血清IL-10及TNF-α均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前GCS比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗三个月后观察组得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论亚低温治疗急性重度颅脑损伤疗效显著,可显著降低患者因受损后升高的IL-10与TNF-α水平,安全高效。Objective To discuss the influence of hypothermia therapy on serum IL-10 and TNF-αin patients with severe acute craniocerebral injury.Methods 112 patients with severe acute craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into the observation group（n=56）and the control group（n=56）,the control group were treated with routine treatment of diuretic,dehydration,hemostasis,anti infection,etc.,the observation group were treated with hypothermia based on the control group,then the clinical effects,the serum IL-10 and TNF-αwere contrasted between the two groups.Results The serum IL-10 and TNF-αwere significantly reduced after the treatment（P〈0.05）,and the observation group significantly lower than the control group after the treatment（P〈0.05）;there was no significantly difference in GCS between the two groups before the treatment（P〉0.05）,but the observation group significantly higher than the control group 3months after the treatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Hypothermia has exact clinical effects in the treatment of severe acute craniocerebral injury,and can significantly reduce the IL-10 and TNF-levels,it＇s safe and effective.
