连续油管在塔里木油田迪那超高压气井修井作业实践

摘　　要：塔里木油田迪那气田迪那202井关井油压88.31MPa,井底压力105.83MPa,井底温度137.2℃,CO_2含量0.07%,属于超深高温高压凝析气井。因电缆落井、井下安全阀控制管线泄漏、井底腐蚀严重等问题,造成无法正常生产,同时存在巨大的安全风险。本文介绍了连续油管在迪那202井打水泥塞、更换关闭的井下安全阀、钻磨等作业,成功的疏通了油管内堵塞问题,解除了安全隐患。The shut-in tubing pressure of Well Dina-202 in Dina Gas field of Tarim Oilfield was 88.31 MPa,its bottom pressure was 105.83 MPa,its bottom temperature was 137.2℃and CO_2 content was 0.07%,so it is a super-deep HTHP condensate well.Normal production of this well has been interrupted due to electric cable falling in the well,leakage of control line to the downhole safety valve and severe corrosion of hole bottom,and hence there is great safety risk in this well.This paper introduces the application of coiled tubing in drilling cement plug,replacing the downhole safety valve,drilling and milling operations in Well Dina-202,which successfully addresses the problem of plugging in tubing and eliminates the safety hazards.
