摘 要:多元热流体热采技术应用于海上稠油油田增产效果显著,但多元热流体注入过程中的井筒热损失是不可忽视的,为了尽可能减小热损失提高热量利用率,结合现场实际,利用井筒热力参数计算模型,在引入正交数值实验方法的基础上,对稠油油藏注入多元热流体后井筒沿程热损失的工艺参数影响因素进行了敏感性分析。结果表明:因素的敏感性依次为油管类型、注入速度、注热时间、油套环空介质、注N2速度、注CO2速度、注热温度、油管尺寸。其中,影响显著因素为油管类型、注入速度和注热时间。该研究成果对多元热流体热采注入参数优化和采取隔热措施具有指导意义,可为多元热流体热采工艺方案设计提供理论依据。Multiple thermal fluid thermal technology used in offshore heavy oil reservoir caused significant results of production increasing,but in the process of injection for multiple thermal fluid the wellbore heat loss can't be ignored,in order to reduce heat loss as much as possible to improve the utilization of the heat,this article combined with the actual site,by computational model wellbore thermal parameters,based on the orthogonal numerical experimental method,process parameters affecting the heat loss along wellbore during multiple thermal fluid injection of heavy oil reservoirs were analyzed.The results showed that:the sensitivity of factors were type of tubing,heat injection rate,heat injection time,medium in tubing and casing annulus,injection rate of N2,injection rate of CO2,heat injection temperature,tubing size.Among them,the significant affecting factors included type of tubing,heat injection rate and injection time.The research results can instruct injection parameters optimization of multiple thermal fluid and taking insulation measures,it can provide a theoretical basis for process project design of multiple thermal fluid.
