摘 要:胜坨油田进行先期超高分子缔合聚合物的单井试注试验,单井试注效果较好,于是又开展了的井组试验。井组试验开始注入以后,部分注入井压力快速升高,被迫降低配注量,甚至停注。针对胜坨油田超高分缔合聚合物驱先导试验注入压力高的情况,本文对其进行原因分析。研究发现超高分缔合聚合物具有较常规HPAM注入压力高的特性;粘土、机杂和铁化合物与超高分缔合聚合物形成混合体造成近井地带堵塞。本文提出注聚站增加过滤装置、注入井深部解堵返排后进行强力注水冲刷,注入困难的注入井采取增压泵增压等措施。矿场实施上述措施后效果明显。The single well injection test with ultra-high molecular weight associative polymer was carried out in Shengtuo oilfield,the test effect was good,and then the well group tests were developed.After the trials began,part of injection wells pressure increase rapidly,part of injection wells were forced to reduce the injection allocation rate,or even stop injection.For high injection pressure,this paper analyzes the reasons.The study found the injection pressure with ultra-high molecular weight associative polymer is higher than the injection pressure with conventional HPAM.Clay,dirt,iron compounds and polymer can be a mixture which causes plugging near wellbore formation.This paper proposed increasing the filtering device,strong water flooding after deep plugging flowback in injection wells,adopting booster pumps in difficult injection wells.The effect using the above measures is good.
