摘 要:分别选择营养袋(12 cm×15 cm)和苗圃地裸根苗2种方式,对优良绿化树种翠柏进行播种育苗。通过种子处理、播种、病虫害防治等技术,同时观测幼苗生长情况,并记录株高、主根长、侧根数等指标,比较它们的差异性。结果显示,容器苗生长较快,质量高,生长周期较短。容器苗的平均株高和根系数量是裸根苗的1.34倍和1.2倍,两者差异达到显著水平。因此,将容器苗普及到生产中,将会提高经济效益。In this study, two ways of seedling-raising were carried out for the fine greening tree species Calocedrus macrolepis with nutrition bags(12 cm x 15 cm) and nursery field bare-rooted seedlings respectively. Such cultivation measures as seed treatment, seeding and pest control were taken, the growth of the seedlings was observed and indicators including the plant height, main root length and lateral root number were recorded to compare their differences. The results showed that the container seedlings grew faster and have higher quality and a shorter growth cycle. The average plant height and root number of the container seedlings were 1.34 and 1.2 times those of the bare-rooted seedlings, showing significant differences. Therefore, container seedlings could be popularized in production and would increase economic benefits.
