摘　　要：高等学校是培养专业人才的基地,在国家社会经济、文化发展中居于重要地位。做好新形势下高等学校党建工作、创新党建与人才培养工作的模式,使之尽快地适应和满足当前新形势下高等学校党建与人才培养工作的实际需要,是坚持社会主义办学方向、促进高等教育改革发展、培养具有中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的根本政治保证。沈阳农业大学在创新党建与人才培养模式的探索实践中,明确树立了立德树人的工作理念,营造高等学校党建与立德树人的人才培养环境,构建高等学校党建与人才培养创新模式,高等学校党建为人才培养提供优质服务,从而创建高等学校党建与人才培养工作的新体制,已经取得了丰富的经验和成果。Colleges and universities, as a base of cultivating special talented personnel, play an important role in the national social and economic development. In the new situation, doing well the Party construction of colleges and universities, innovating the mode of the Party construction and talented personnel cultivation and making them adapt to the actual demands made by the Party construction and talented personnel cultivation of colleges and universities are the fundamental political guarantee for adhering to the socialist direction of school-running, promoting the reform and development of higher education and cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. In the exploration and practice of innovating the modes of the Party construction and talented personnel cultivation Shenyang Agricultural University has definitely developed the work concept of enhancing morality and fostering talents, created the environment for the collegiate Party construction and morality enhancing and talents fostering, constructed an innovative mode of the collegiate Party construction and talented personnel cultivation, and made it sure that the collegiate Party construction provides high-quality services for talented personnel cultivation, thus constructing a new system for the Party construction and talented personnel cultivation of colleges and universities and gaining rich experience and results already
